Take the R600 to Kinsale. On entering Kinsale continue straight ahead through pedestrian crossing until you see the White House in front of you. Turn left and follow the road until you pass St. Mutose Church on the left, after this bear right following the road until you come to a fork, keep left here. Continue on this road (Bandon - Innishannon road) for approximately 1500 yards, Woodlands House B&B is on the left hand side just before the GAA pitch.
