“Nicest Lodging of Our Trip”
Woodlands House was a real find! The house itself is beautiful and our room (first floor, facing the backyard) was lovely. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a well-maintained feel about it. The hosts, Valerie and Brian, were very pleasant, cordial and helpful. The breakfasts were cooked to order and consisted of a several choices, which was nice. The location provided a nice view of the ocean, although it was a little distant. This was my favorite place to stay during our 10-day trip to Ireland. The town of Kinsale, itself, is cute and quaint, with terrific restaurants. Do yourself a favor and visit Kinsale and stay at Woodlands House – you won’t be sorry!

“Beautiful B&B”
We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated, clean and very well maintained. Our room was large and comfortable with a great view of the river. Breakfast was very good but choices are a little limited. It is a short walk to town. The town is compact with lots of places to eat and a good size grocery store that is open late. Definitely recommend this B&B.

“Perfect Kinsale B&B with amazing views of the water”
We found this delightful and charming Kinsale B&B on our honeymoon. With no plans, we just found places to stay as we made our way around Ireland, and this didn’t disappoint. The owners were very friendly and polite. Gave us the front room with water views, it was stunning. Breakfast was so delightful and filling, you won’t leave hungry! We highly recommend sto add this place to your stay!! A+

“Quiet and comfortable”
Nice BnB home located up the hill from the main city. If you are comfortable with walking 15 minutes to and from the city, this is a great BnB. We enjoyed the walk because Kinsale is so beautiful. Our rooms were very clean and the BnB was quiet. The owners were very organized and professional.

“Ideal out of town location for visiting Kinsale”
Very friendly owner , good hospitality and excellent breakfast . Rooms very clean and spacious .Would be a nice base to tour the surrounding area .Would recommend unreservadly .Owner offered us tea on arrival and also offered to drop us to a local hotel where we were attending a weddding in her own car – now thats what i call exceptional customer service
